Media Design fully took over the design, production, and installation of one outdoor and two indoor signs for the new Hotel Lavalliere near the Dospat Reservoir. Conveniently placed in the lobby, the embossed channel letters in the present project guide the hotel guests directly to the reception desk. At the same time, they adhere beautifully to the overall interior style, merging aesthetics with calculated functionality.
Eye-Catching Advertising with Practicality in Focus
With a face made of premium-quality brushed gold stainless steel, the sign, displaying the word “Reception,” is mounted on a 10-millimeter clear plexiglass base. This makes the advertisement both durable and extremely lightweight, thus facilitating its transport and installation. The highly reflective surface of the material gives it a warm metallic sheen that does not interfere with the hotel’s interior lighting but rather adds a sense of unequivocal professionalism.
The distinct letters immediately catch the eye while also remaining in harmony with the wooden background of the sign in terms of color and style. Though admittedly the fine production aligns with the principles applied to the other advertisements for Lavalliere, this particular sign also takes its function into account. As such, the carefully selected elegant font is further emphasized through the use of bold uppercase, rhythmically arranged letters.
